UNESCO Chair in Women, Science and Technology and ISESCO Organize Training Course
UNESCO Chair in Women, Science and Technology and Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) at SUST organized a training course for 1000 women in various fields of handcrafts such as dairy products, leather, baked goods and cultivation of medicinal and aromatic plants. The training course was carried out in the localities of Gurieda, Bilail and Salam by business incubators at the Institute for Family and Community Development. The training course was collaboratively funded by Micro Finance Unit at Bank of Sudan and Ministry of Welfare and Social Security. The final day of the course was honored by the governor of South Darfur, state cabinet ministers, commissioners and other official and tribal leaders.
