International Day Against Drug Abuse and Illicit Trafficking
Students Affairs Deanship launched a program on the International Day Against Drug Abuse
and Illicit Trafficking in the yard of car engineering workshops in the Southern Section under the slogan "Life is Sweeter without Drug Abuse" in the presence of dean of Students Affairs Deanship, Dr. Anas Mohammed Ahmed and a number of professors, supervisors and students.
Dr. Anas Mohammed Ahmed stressed that the fight against drugs among university students should be an integrated program that allows the society to fight against the drug abuse and eradicates its impacts. He said that everyone should stand firmly and not allow drugs abuse to destroy the present and future of youth, and their lives and humanity. He called on all students to participate effectively for the success of this preventive program.
It is worth mentioning that the program included scientific lectures, symposia, comedies, and competitions that won the satisfaction, acceptance and interaction of students.
